When it comes to control of our firearms, these feckless politicos will do any and all in their so-called power to infringe on OUR RIGHTS.  At first glance this looks like an easy vote to keep firearms out of the hands of the mentally challenged.  In retrospect it grants far reaching powers to pierce OUR BILL of RIGHTS.
