      Yes it is and after yesterday's ruling in favor of the A.G.'s unlawful enforcement notice I've felt like the wind has been knocked out of me in this fight. I'm not sure this state can be changed. I will NEVER turn my firearms over but lots of law abiding citizens have no chance in purchasing a MSR at this time...
