'God Bless America' Banned By New Jersey Public School, Called Unconstitutional
A New Jersey elementary school will no longer allow students to say “God bless America” after the morning recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance. The 265 students at Haddon Heights Elementary School will see the change after the American Civil Liberties Union sent the school board attorney a letter challenging the recitation of “God Bless America” as unconstitutional.

Does this mean you agree with the Boards decision?
My comment was to the incorrect headline.
Unfortunately but true, there is nothing here. The requirement to recite or say "God Bless America" is and has been ruled a prayer. Therefore it is considered religious.
This has nothing to do with the pledge of allegiance and is NOT like the headline reads.
