As more and more citizens awaken to the news of coming Syrian refugees, more and more legislation is written to resist the agencies that are placing them. These so-called refugee agencies are attempting to place these refugees where ever they can. Thanks to the efforts of the "Pockets of Resistance", the public and the legislators are awakening.
