Central Jersey Rifle and Pistol is having their 10th annual Wounded Warrior Day.
The Mayor of Jackson kicks things off with a Motorized Parade from the Jackson Justice Complex going wheels up at 9:30 sharp. They ride out with Firetrucks, Police, EMS, Motorcycle Riders and if we can arrange it, WW2 Vets in antique cars. Should you choose you can ride in the parade. Either way, plan to be in before 9:30.
You can view photos of a past Warrior Day at the club web site, cjrpc.org. The Salvation Army canteen truck works both ends of the parade with coffee, tea, muffins and bagels. A really good hot lunch is brought in, no kidding. I ask that you let me know how many people you are bringing, so I can be sure to provide enough food and drink for everyone.
